Dino Vajzovic on the TEDxUniGeneva stage

About

Dino Vajzovic, Docteur Dino

Doctor of Law, expert in attention capture and ethical influence, public speaking trainer in Geneva.

A calling, not a comeback

Many trainers tell the story of a fear overcome. Not here, and Dino Vajzovic says so plainly: “I'm not afraid of speaking.” His story is one of an ease spotted early, then put to work for others.

It begins at law school, with the urge to plead: “I wanted to use the instrument that had always served me”. During his traineeship, he notices that what helps the people around him most is training them to speak in public. The feedback he receives at the Geneva Debating Club, then as a teaching assistant at the University of Geneva, confirms it.

What he teaches

People come to learn how to speak. Along the way, most discover that above all they are learning to dare to stand out. His method refuses to turn you into someone else: it starts from classical rhetoric (finding, ordering, phrasing, remembering and embodying your speech) and from who you are, so that you find your own strength.

« Il connaît parfaitement les principes de la rhétorique classique, et les met en œuvre avec enthousiasme, talent, et originalité. »Sylvain Marchand, professeur ordinaire à l'Université de Genève
